I’m not exactly sure when this was originally published. What I do know is that it’s a shame when you don’t have enough manpower for your military because no one wants to serve.

Limpopo, September 20 – The South African Air Force has become fertile recruiting ground for private and commercial airlines, following a global shortage of pilots. Lucrative pay packages that the Air Force says it cannot match often lure pilots away. But the Air Force is fighting back, offering their trainees more time in the air.
